Helping customers with their Windows Servicing Strategy

We had a fantastic turnout for the inaugural Windows Servicing event held this morning. Olikka feels that it’s important our enterprise customers understand the new servicing model and choose a strategy that fits their organisation requirements and creates great experiences for end users.

Microsoft led the presentation and presented on why they switched to the new model and why it’s important to stay up to date and current. Olikka then guided the audience through the three Olikka created servicing model frameworks, with the key message that not one solution would be the same. This was evident in the panel discussion as Olikka’s Peter Skliros (Technical Specialist) and Adrian Godlwicz (Senior Consultant) walked through real world examples and their servicing understanding.
