Successful Teams adoption requires end users to incorporate its use into their everyday working lives. Olikka have created a paradigm that delivers this success.
Microsoft Teams is a modern, intuitive, digital collaboration platform that brings together project team members and their conversations and content. A chat based workspace Teams is also capable of integrating meetings, notes, Office applications, Planner, Olikka’s Enterprise Assistants and other 3rd party integrations (such as Twitter, CRM, Power BI, RSS feeds, T-Bot and others) to make project work visible and accessible across teams, and to help team members collaborate across projects.
Microsoft is constantly improving Teams and adding various new features including external user membership, PSTN voice connectivity and streaming live events. These have boosted capability and because the platform is open to new application development Teams is now the leading collaboration tool for Enterprise.
Reduce email, chat in real time threads and keep all of your information in the one place in a conversation that flows. Teams also provides communication capability by incorporating Skype for Business features allowing users to host meetings, webinars and utilise conferencing features.
Office 365 Integration
Microsoft Teams is designed to seamlessly work with Office 365. Collaborate on files with built-in Office 365 apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Meet the distinct and varying requirements of each of your internal work groups by customising their Teams environment to suit the way they work. Add apps, data, notifications from third party software or have Olikka develop your own apps to digitally transform the way you work.
Olikka’s 3 step approach to Teams:
For successful Teams adoption, end users must incorporate its use into their everyday working lives. A holistic deployment approach needs to take into account team culture, value for end users, training and adoption strategy.
Olikka initially conducts a discovery piece to understand the various business divisions and how they work and collaborate, understand their adoption culture, persona types and current teamwork pain points. Olikka will also analyse your current environment and licensing for Teams readiness.
During the Teams pilot, Olikka will document and configure your Teams environment, department and project channels, chat functionality, files, notes, meetings, and T-Bot, as well as connectors to applications and/or other social media integrations. The pilot program includes Business users, Teams champions and the IT team who will pilot Teams and provide feedback that can be used for full rollout communications and adoption.
During handover, Olikka develops and delivers Teams documentation for channel lifecycle, permissions, guest access, eDiscovery, Teams expiry, channel structure, how to license users and deploy teams. Olikka will support your adoption campaign, provide self-help collateral, training and video content, enabling users to onboard quickly. IT administrators will be provided access to the Teams usage reports and will be able to track end user adoption.
Olikka can also help organisations navigate the Skype for Business Online to Microsoft Teams integration and migration options.
