For successful Teams adoption, end users must incorporate its use into their everyday working lives. A holistic deployment approach needs to take into account team culture, value for end users, training and adoption strategy.
Olikka initially conducts a discovery piece to understand the various business divisions and how they work and collaborate, understand their adoption culture, persona types and current teamwork pain points. Olikka will also analyse your current environment and licensing for Teams readiness.
During the Teams pilot, Olikka will document and configure your Teams environment, department and project channels, chat functionality, files, notes, meetings, and T-Bot, as well as connectors to applications and/or other social media integrations. The pilot program includes Business users, Teams champions and the IT team who will pilot Teams and provide feedback that can be used for full rollout communications and adoption.
During handover, Olikka develops and delivers Teams documentation for channel lifecycle, permissions, guest access, eDiscovery, Teams expiry, channel structure, how to license users and deploy teams.
