Hi, my name is Russ and I'm a Senior Consultant at Olikka. My role as a Senior Consultant is to provide technical leadership to the Olikka team and project oversight to our customers. A large part of my role is to push the boundaries of solutions and inspire customers to think outside the box when it comes to their environment.
What I really love about my role is no two days are the same, I have a great exposure to a number of different customer environments and technologies across presales, consulting and delivery - one morning I might be workshopping a solution with a customer and the afternoon I am brainstorming project obstacles with the team.
I am pretty lucky that my role helps me to stay really connected to a number of different areas of the Olikka business, I love being a support that our Technical Specialist can lean on as well as working with our sales team to build those trusted advisory relationships with our customers.
