A large national retailer using SAP SuccessFactors as their HR system turned to Olikka to deliver an Identity Management solution that would handle provisioning, changes and deprovisioning accounts in Azure Active Directory.
Olikka implemented Azure AD inbound provisioning with ServiceNow Orchestrator as the identity management toolset. Part of the solution included building custom Azure functions to handle the integration with ServiceNow.
At the time of deployment, Inbound provisioning from SAP SuccessFactors to Azure Active Directory was still in Microsoft Private Preview, so the customer chose Olikka Support Services to ensure success.

Through our extensive experience in implementing new technology solutions, we often found that our customers needed additional support throughout the deployment, onboarding, post-deployment and the transition to business-as-usual.
In this case, the emerging technology meant our customer needed some additional support to ensure that the transition to production was smooth. Olikka were engaged to provide Support Services to during deployment and to ensure that any issues were quickly and efficiently resolved.
As anticipated, Microsoft introduced additional features and enhancements during the preview phase, and Support Services ensured this customer was able to adopt a brand new and innovative solution, safe in the knowledge that we had them covered.

Olikka Support Services is a solution that provides reactive support for the solutions we build for our customers. Incidents or requests can be logged through a dedicated customer portal, via live chat, email or telephone.
From there, our dedicated team take ownership of requests through to resolution, and handle any escalations to vendor partners or our professional services team in the background, providing the customer with a seamless experience.
This customer chose business hours support (9am-5pm), but we also have extended support (7am-7pm) and 24x7 available, too.
