Olikka’s Digital Enterprise Assistant now integrating with ServiceNow

Olikka is pleased to announce the launch of a new ServiceNow integration with Olikka’s very own Digital Enterprise Assistant ‘Ollie’.

ServiceNow provides fixes for root the cause of service issues and enables self-service, providing real-time communication, making collaboration and the sharing of resources easy.

The Digital Enterprise Assistant integration includes the creation of tickets through the assistant interface utilising natural language, Ollie then provides 1st level triage of created tickets.
