Ross has a technical background, but he also has a keen nose for business and commercial sensibility. He won't pitch customers something because it's technically good‚ he'll pitch it because it will help their business. And then he'll make sure that it is also technically sound.

The initial meeting with Loretta is one that cannot be forgotten - she is vibrant and full of enthusiasm. Loretta's commitment and focus on great customer service means you will never be disappointed when she is managing your account.

A human API, Emily maximises project outcomes by bringing the right people together to solve difficult problems. Naturally curious, she digs deep to understand systems, data and people. On any given Sunday, you'll find her with a glass of wine and an outrageous (and possibly self-deprecating) story.

Sales focused Marketing Head who enjoys nothing more than shifting units from leads he's created. Michael is creative, supportive and rolls up the sleeves when required, laughs and beers are not optional!

What you see is what you get. Straight to the point, efficient and focused - Stephen's projects nail it every time, and all with a no stress, easy to deal with attitude. Be extremely careful if you invite him out for a beer - you might just be there all night.

Rhe is forever looking towards her next adventure, she's never without a smile or a willing attitude. Hard working and determined - her customer's are her driving force. A 20 year veteran as an Identity and Access Management professional, he is also a leader and team player. A lover of drinking coffee and home roasting, he is a believer that the best outcomes and discussions happen over a coffee!

Possessing the Queen's English and a healthy interest in craft beer, Rusty has a passion for customer service. Mixing his background in all things EUC, drive for digital transformation and little AI for invention, he'll help ensure you get your support issues resolved and implement smart ways to stop them happening again. He also makes a mean espresso martini!

Marc specialises in all things Office 365, Skype for Business and ADHS and has a wealth of experience on large scale enterprise. His cool and calm approach and deep technical expertise means customers feel instantly at ease. A beer lover, any golden beer will make him happy!

Years of experience in Cloud, Configuration Manager and Desktop Transformations in large organisations makes Adrian a professional that is invaluable to any team. His positive attitude is infectious, but deep in the trenches is where he really shines.

Chris has many years of experience with large scale deployments of workplace technologies such as Office 365, Windows 10, Azure AD and endpoint management. He prides himself on bringing a positive attitude and delivering great outcomes. He's also looking forward to the next Collingwood premiership.

He has an unnatural love for reddit, but a natural ability for IT. He’ll nail your Citrix, datacentre, cloud environment, and then he’ll gross you out completely with the best of the front page of the internet.

Al is the Citrix MVP of the team! Witty and quick, not only with his knowledge of technology but humour as well. When he is not out scuba diving off the coast, he always has a punch line prepared which makes him very amusing to work with.

Jolly Rojer, with his easy going demeanour is a pleasure to deal with. He has many years of experience in Virtualization and Infrastructure delivery and prides himself for out of box thinking and creative problem solving. He loves his Seinfeld quotes and a nicely aged Scotch Whiskey.

Craig is a generalist who likes dipping his toes in many different (cloud) technologies. He has the ability to be able to architect and implement solutions in Azure, AWS, Office 365 and EM+S. Outside work hours he can be found enjoying good coffee and good beer.

It's probable that Jerome can speak fluent binary ascii and uses block level differential to understand the impact of life decisions. Jerome has a keen interest in all things management and virtualisation, and is often found neck-deep in betas and blogs.

Peter is Olikka's go-to guy. Proudly sporting a mo or a beard and Kiwi accent, Peter brings years of systems management experience from some of the largest organisations in the country. His dry sense of humour triggers a thirst for a beer on Friday afternoons.

Olikka's man with the big smile and big laugh! Peter first joined us as an IT graduate, but has since moved on to become very experienced in all the Olikka offerings, particularly Configuration Manager. Customers love his passionate approach to work, and of course his very unique laughing style!

Aaron scripts and codes like it's going out of fashion. He even scripts day to day activities to reduce errors and automate tasks all over the place. In his spare time, he efficiently hikes, photographs and works out. Phew!

From across the ditch (Kiwiland), Daniel has a strong background in Identity Management and .Net development. Always keen for a good laugh. And like the scotch he enjoys on a Friday night, when jokes are told, the drier the better.

Originally from Country Victoria, moved to the city to pursue a career in IT. Loves learning and experiencing new things! Whether that be technology, or the simpler pleasures in life like eating and drinking. (Mostly!) easy going with a good sense humor, always focused on delivering the best possible outcome for customers.

From other side of the planet (Sweden) to Australia, Thomas is the only viking without a beard. He accomplished things by being a critical thinker, driven and personable guy. While Thomas passionately likes to work with the Configuration Manager, he is always up for a "fika" and loves to exchange ideas. Beer or Gin & Tonic can never go wrong after a hard working week.

Bryan loves technology any technology, he will help you automate your day so you can spend more time on your core business. In the winter months he can be found in the Collingwood members section.

Fresh from NZ our lovely Anton is brand new to Melbourne. He is a people person and loves nothing more than implementing a well-designed SCCM or Windows 10 solution. Anton loves to assist customers & solve problems - helping customers & colleagues comes as second nature and it shows in everything he does.

Nitin provides our customers with solutions that will make their lives easier, ensuring they don't have to reinvent the wheel. Outcome focused, he always asks the question "why?" With a passion for digital transformation, IT and IoT - he values collaboration, integrity and respect and enjoys a healthy dose of banter.

Kristijan "AKA" Kiki is as passionate as they come. Whether he is talking about cars or technology you are sure to come away from all interactions with a smile on your face and feeling super inspired. As great all-rounder his enthusiasm for problem solving and tech go hand in hand when working with customers or collaborating with peers.

Ryan loves a challenge. Whether that's learning the intricacies of balancing on a surfboard or the latest and greatest in cloud infrastructure. He is an avid supporter of providing solid, sensible, and collaborative solutions.

Glenn brings a varied skill set with a passion for Software, Technology and Gaming.Glenn is always willing to learn and try something new whether it be in Cloud, data, or in some emerging technology.

Simon has built his career on solving complex problems and adapting to new environments as fast as they are presented to him. Result oriented, he loves working with clients to develop secure customer focused solutions that fit both their business and end users. He is a fun-loving, well-travelled geek who has a strong moral compass which points true north regardless of external influences.

From across the Asian continents, Hung brings a strong background in Citrix and Infrastructure to the team. Hung enjoys working on challenging projects and fast paced environments. He loves to chat and have a beer or coffee whenever he can. With his open mind, a willingness to help and always with a smile, Hung is a great asset. In his spare time you will find Hung as a true farmer in his small garden.

Always willing to help, Laszlo has a ‘can do’ attitude that is hard to ignore. With a passion for getting customer service right and a curiosity for technology, you know you are in good hands as he will make sure he provides exceptional service and support.

Azza holds a degree in IT and experience coordinating large construction projects. We had a joke about construction but we're still working on it... Seriously though, Azza is focussed, polished and thorough, and a great addition to our projects team.

Jason's calm and relaxed demeanour makes him the perfect fit for the ever changing demands of resourcing at Olikka. He is the Rain Man of obscure sports stats and his organisational and analytic skills are second to none. His hobbies include getting lost in a good spreadsheet and exploring nature with his dog.

Our bright and vibrant Office Manager Gemma has a strong background in administration and customer service. Bringing creativity and Vulcan logic to every day she is a keen organiser and is always ready to help. She is also an avid knitter and devoted Trekkie.

Emma loves helping and providing support wherever she can. She is always ready to learn, try new things and find the best ways to make sure her team is happy and supported. Always down for a chat and super passionate about dancing.
